- One call, not five
One request. One expert. One call.

Remodeling goes best with a clear plan, a realistic schedule and one point of contact. Send a single request and one remodeling specialist reaches out to talk through scope, order of work and what to expect along the way.
Whether you are updating one room or reworking the whole floor plan, the sequence of trades matters. Demolition, framing, mechanicals, finishes and cleanup should each have a place on the schedule before work begins.

About remodeling
Do I need an architect or designer?
For layout changes, structural work or larger projects, drawings help a lot. Your partner contractor can tell you when you need them and who to involve.
Can I stay in my house during a remodel?
Often yes for single rooms, but dust, noise and limited kitchen or bath access are part of it. Ask the contractor how they plan to manage your living space.
Will several contractors call me?
No. Only one contractor will ever call about your request. You will not get a pile of calls and constant emails, and we never sell your information.
Who does the work?
A licensed, independent, insured and vetted partner contractor visits to assess the work, gives you an estimate and does the work if you decide to go ahead. See our Terms of Use for details.
