Glass and Glazing in St. Louis, MO from Royal Builder Group partner Royal Glazier
No. E-04 / Royal Glazier

A cracked pane, a fogged unit or a failed seal is not something to ignore. Submit one request and a glazier from our network will contact you to look at the glass and talk through repair or replacement.

Glass work covers far more than windows: storefronts, shower enclosures, mirrors, railings and custom pieces all fall under a glazier’s trade. Accurate measuring and the right glass type, tempered, laminated or insulated, are what make it safe and long lasting.

Questions

About glass and glazing

Can a cracked window be repaired, or does it need replacement?

Small chips in some glass can be filled, but a crack that runs across a pane usually means replacing the glass. A glazier can tell you after looking at it.

Why is there fog between my window panes?

It means the seal on the insulated unit has failed and moisture is getting in. The unit can usually be replaced without replacing the whole window.

Will several contractors call me?

No. Only one contractor will ever call about your request. You will not get a pile of calls and constant emails, and we never sell your information.

Who does the work?

A licensed, independent, insured and vetted partner contractor visits to assess the work, gives you an estimate and does the work if you decide to go ahead. See our Terms of Use for details.
